In situations where an attacker grabs you by the hair to drag you forward, a quick and forceful response is essential. Begin with a straight kick aimed directly at the attacker’s groin, using the ball of your foot or the swing of your leg. This move disrupts his control, but if he blocks the kick, another target will likely open up—usually his face.
At this point, press your thumb into the sensitive area along his inner jawline to destabilize him further. Once he’s weakened, follow up with a strong knee or a reverse fist aimed at the groin for maximum impact, giving you an opportunity to escape.
