Self Defence: Defending against a choke against a wall

When you find yourself pinned against a wall by an attacker’s body weight, there's a quick technique that can turn the situation in your favor. By using your attacker’s own weight against him, you can effectively block his line of sight. Draw him closer to restrict his view of his lower body, then deliver a powerful knee to his groin to destabilize him. Follow up with a double palm chop to the side of his neck, a strike that can temporarily disable him and give you the chance to break free.
