Self Defence:Defending against a wrist grip or hip lock

In a self-defense situation, knowing how to effectively disable an attacker can make all the difference. Start by delivering a powerful strike to the bridge of the attacker's nose using a hammer fist. This strike can cause tearing or temporarily impair their vision, giving you a critical advantage.

Next, use your thumbs to apply pressure to the inside corners of the attacker's eyes. This technique can create significant discomfort and further disorient them. Following this, you can deliver a sharp chop to the side of the neck or a swift knee strike to the groin. These follow-up actions can incapacitate your assailant, allowing you to escape safely.
