Karate:Techniques for yellow belts

In the online Karate course offered by Zelus Academy, learners are introduced to a series of core techniques that form the foundation of Karate practice. These techniques are essential for building defensive and offensive capabilities, enhancing both speed and precision. Through Karate online learning, students can practice and perfect these moves to improve their overall skill set.

The sequence of techniques includes:

  1. Down block, followed by a same hand inner forearm block, and finishing with a punch. This combination teaches effective defense and immediate counterattacks.

  2. Upper block, then a same hand outer forearm block, ending with a punch, focusing on protecting against high strikes while preparing for a counter punch.

  3. Inner forearm block, combined with an upper block, and concluding with a punch for an upward defense strategy.

  4. Outer forearm block, transitioning into a down block, and completing with a punch for full-body protection and offense.

  5. Down block, followed by a back fist strike, then a punch for rapid offensive response.

  6. Upper block, followed by a back fist strike, and ending with a punch, perfect for dealing with high attacks.

  7. Inner forearm block, combined with a back fist strike, then a punch to guard and counter.

  8. Outer forearm block, transitioning into a back fist strike, and finishing with a punch.

  9. Front kick, leg forward into a down block, followed by a reverse punch, for defending and counterattacking.

  10. Side kick, leg forward into an upper block, followed by a reverse punch, teaching both leg defense and powerful counter-punching.

These techniques, taught in the online Karate course, help students develop quick reflexes and efficient movements through Karate online learning at Zelus Academy.Continue reading
