In Zelus Academy’s online football course, players refine their dribbling skills by practicing changes of direction using both the inside and outside of their foot. An effective drill includes tracing the shape of the numeral ‘8’, which helps improve agility and ball control under dynamic conditions.
Our football online learning platform further enhances this skill set by incorporating complex drills involving four players positioned at four diagonal points on the field. Each player is tasked with dribbling across to the opposite diagonal end without colliding with others, fostering spatial awareness and precise ball handling.
Additionally, we incorporate a challenging drill where pairs stationed at opposite ends of a diagonal run towards each other, executing dribbling maneuvers to bypass their counterpart and swap starting positions. This exercise not only sharpens dribbling techniques but also develops quick thinking and adaptability on the field.
